The story of food is the story of people. And our mission on OTR is to document the dishes, recipes, and chefs that push boundaries, preserve old traditions, and most of all, deserve to be recorded. From our home in Bangkok, OTR is following the road wherever it leads, as we unwind the stories of what today is called "cuisine"- because when it comes to food, our shared history unfolds on every single plate.
